When will my order ship out?
Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. You'll receive an email notification with a tracking number once your package ships out.
I have not received my order?
The average delivery time for our orders is currently 5-7 business days. If you have not received your order in a timely manner please reach out to our staff at email@example.com and include your order number.
NEED TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
Our goal is to give every customer the best possible shopping experience! If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item for a full refund within 7 days as long as it has not been worn. Please contact us before sending the item back to us for a refund.
All returned items must be returned in their original condition. The original tag must still be attached.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable when items are returned or exchanged.
