When will my order ship out?
Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. You'll receive an email notification with a tracking number once your package ships out.
I have not received my order?
The average delivery time for our orders is currently 10-20 days. If you have not received your order in a timely manner please reach out to our staff at email@example.com and include your order number.
NEED TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
Our goal is to give every customer the best possible shopping experience! If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item for a full refund within 14 days. Please contact us before sending the item back to us for a refund. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
All returned items must be returned in their original condition. The original tag must still be attached.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable when items are returned or exchanged.
